      Apply leather cleaner to a soft cloth (cotton type) to clean, and use a clean cloth to wipe off the cleaner on the product.

    • It is not possible to choose the delivery time as the product is delivered by courier.

    • METROCITY Mall is a shopping mall operated directly by our head office. There is no need to worry about fake goods.


    • Products ordered at METROCITY Mall are sent from our head office distribution center or offline stores,


      and they are the same as the products sold at the offline stores. Some products sold exclusively online are sold online and at outlets only,


      so these are not sold at offline stores.

      Purses–Keep purses in the dust bag provided. Avoid storing the min moist areas. Store them in areas with good ventilation.


      (Putting a piece of paper in the purse can help prevent the shape of the handbag from changing.)


      Smaller Items–Wrap up smaller items with the felt provided, put them in the case and keep them in an area with good ventilation.

       then click the ‘Get ID/Password’ button to receive your ID and password via the e-mail you used when registering.


      To protect our customers’ precious personal information, we will send a temporary password to your e-mail.

      Refunds for cancellation or returns will be made by transferring the money into the account or cancelling the card approval


       after requesting the refund, then cancelling the purchase on the METROCITY website and confirming the returned product.


    • It is impossible to change the destination for products that have already been shipped.

      When filling out the order sheet, apply various different discount benefits and choose the correct payment option.

      Returns and refunds conform to the electronic commercial law, but returns, refunds or exchanges are unavailable for customer-caused damage to the product or for issues that arise after the product have been delivered.


      You must send us the product without any changes to the composition or shape within thirty days after receiving it.


      Returns are not available for the following items.

      - Washed or repaired items

      - Items with the trademark removed

      - Items that initially had holograms attached that have been removed

      - Items that cannot be resold due to packaging damage

      - Items that have been damaged due to consumer handling
