The METROCITY website is a shopping mall directly operated by METROCITY and run under a membership system.

However, non-members may purchase goods as well. Registration is free, and members can take advantage of various benefits such as discounts and free gifts.

You can view your order status by going to Order/Delivery at the top right of METROCITY Mall after logging in as a non-member.

You must input the name on the order’s well as the order number. If you’re having difficulty inputting your order number, confirmation is available by contactinginfo@metrocityworld.com.

All kinds of card payments, including pre-paid cards, debit cards, and credit cards

You may select ‘Buy Now’ for the product you want, or click ‘Put in Cart’ to add multiple products to your cart and order them at once.

When filling out the order sheet, apply various different discount benefits and choose the correct payment option.

If the shipping destination is different from the address you put in when registering, please write the new destination.

We deliver to the regions listed below.

International: Argentina, Australia, Chile, China, Columbia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Jamaica, India, Israel, Malta, Norway, New Zealand, Panama, Puerto Rico, the United States, Switzerland

EU: Italy, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary

Since the goods are delivered by parcel service, you may not designate a delivery time.

It is impossible to change the destination for products that have already been shipped.

If the product is waiting to be shipped, please contact us via our 1:1 question board or at info@metrocityworld.com and we will attempt to change the destination.

Returns and refunds conform to the electronic commercial law, but returns, refunds or exchanges are unavailable for customer-caused damage to the product or for issues that arise after the product have been delivered.

You must send us the product without any changes to the composition or shape within thirty days after receiving it.

Returns are not available for the following items.

* Purses/wallets/shoes/jewelry/etc.
- Washed or repaired items
- Items with the trademark removed
- Items that initially had holograms attached that have been removed
- Items that cannot be resold due to packaging damage
- Items that have been damaged due to consumer handling
- Items damaged after use

* Belts
- Sealed products that have been opened

Refunds for cancellation or returns will be made by transferring the money into the account or cancelling the card approval

after requesting the refund, then cancelling the purchase on the METROCITY website and confirming the returned product.

Click the Log In button on the top right of the shopping mall website

 then click the ‘Get ID/Password’ button to receive your ID and password via the e-mail you used when registering.

To protect our customers’ precious personal information, we will send a temporary password to your e-mail.

Please login with the given temporary password and change your password at My Page afterwards.

You can edit your member information by going to My Page ->Edit Member Information.

You may unregister by going to Unregister under Member Information at My Page.

There are no disadvantages to re-registering after unregistering.

All customer information is deleted when unregistering, so please decide carefully.

You may block or unblock e-mails by going to My Page->Revise Member Information after logging in.

Products purchased at the METROCITY online mall can be turned in for repair at offline stores as well.

Please bring the product and guarantee card with you and visit the address below.

How do I store and take care of products?

*Product Storage Methods*
 

Purses–Keep purses in the dust bag provided. Avoid storing the min moist areas. Store them in areas with good ventilation.

(Putting a piece of paper in the purse can help prevent the shape of the handbag from changing.)

Smaller Items–Wrap up smaller items with the felt provided, put them in the case and keep them in an area with good ventilation.

Apply leather cleaner to a soft cloth (cotton type) to clean, and use a clean cloth to wipe off the cleaner on the product.

(Products may become stained more quickly if the cleaner is left un-wiped.)

If the product gets wet, immediately wipe it with a soft cloth and let it dry naturally.

(※Drying under direct sunlight or using fire/hair dryers may reshape the product, so please refrain from doing so.)

(White leather is vulnerable to being stained, so pay closer attention to it and use soft erasers in if stains appear.)
 

The material is vulnerable to heat. Please do not keep it near a source of heat.

The product may melt if exposed to chemicals. Please do not clean it with chemicals.

Use a soft brush and clean it with water.

Do not wash the whole product if stains appear. Wash only the part with the stain.

Simple backstitching, adhesion, ornament replacement, etc. takes up to thirty days after registration.

Cases that require technical work differ from product to product.

If you’d like to exchange a product with a defect, please request an exchange via 1:1 inquiry or customer service (email address).

We will then help you exchange your product after consultation.

If you want to exchange for another product, please return the product and place a new order for another product.

Purses come with dust bags and shopping bags. Smaller items (wallets, accessories) come with cases and shopping bags.

Additional gift wrapping is not provided, and we ask for your understanding regarding our policy.

The shipping cost varies with each region.

You may purchase temporarily sold-out products when they are restocked.

Products ordered at METROCITY Mall are sent from our head office distribution center or offline stores,

and they are the same as the products sold at the offline stores. Some products sold exclusively online are sold online and at outlets only,

so these are not sold at offline stores.

Delivery takes about 30 days on average after being shipped.

‘Delivery completed’ means that your item has been shipped via the parcel service.
